1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the web applications provided at PDFMill (pdfmill.io) or any related subdomains (collectively, the “Service”), operated by NinjaLabs Inc. (“NinjaLabs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using the Service immediately.

2. Description of the Service

PDFMill is a browser-based suite of document utilities designed to parse, compress, merge, split, watermark, OCR, and convert PDF files directly within client devices using WebAssembly and client-side JavaScript APIs. The Service is provided as a client-side utility operating entirely within the user's browser runtime. Processing is performed locally on the user's device without cloud server ingestion.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you possess all legal rights, permissions, and authorizations necessary to process and manipulate the documents you load into your local browser instance. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to decrypt or manipulate copyrighted materials or trade secrets without authorization.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, inject malware into, or disrupt the operation of the client scripts.
• Use automated scrapers, headless bots, or high-frequency automated traffic to abuse our hosting bandwidth or ad networks.

4. Intellectual Property & Document Ownership

Your Documents: NinjaLabs claims zero ownership, license, or rights in the documents processed through PDFMill. Because documents are processed locally, we do not possess or host copies of your content.

NinjaLabs Property: The PDFMill brand name, visual design, custom scripts, user interface components, and logos are the proprietary property of NinjaLabs Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. NinjaLabs disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that document conversions will be error-free or that calculations will meet specific court filing specifications without manual inspection.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NinjaLabs Inc., its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Service, including data corruption, lost revenue, or document loss. Users are strongly advised to keep independent backup copies of all original files before processing.

7. Advertising & Monetization

The Service displays third-party advertisements served by networks including Google AdSense. NinjaLabs does not endorse or assume liability for the products or services advertised by third-party sponsors.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
